Project goals:
- Develop the SME Development Strategy until 2027, the 2024–2027 operational plan and the updated EntreComp+ entrepreneurship competence framework.
- Develop and launch the Entrepreneur's Online Office in the Diia.Business ecosystem — a digital hub of services for SMEs.
- Support the pilot launch of Diia.Business Warsaw and the development of a national MVP portal for Ukrainian exporters.
- Conduct a national survey of women entrepreneurs and formulate recommendations for inclusive support programmes.
- Support the pilot model of the "Syhnivka" industrial park in Lviv for the development of local SMEs.
About the project:
NGO ToP, in partnership with the Kyiv School of Economics, takes part in implementing business recovery projects in Ukraine aimed at improving SME support policy, strengthening relevant institutions and scaling up programmes for the sector.
The project works closely with the Ministry of Economy, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office and the Ministry of Digital Transformation. It covers structured and innovative approaches to business support during wartime and the post-war period — focusing on adaptation to new conditions, export support, logistics recovery and the development of business services.
